Woolworths Recipe on how to Glaze a Christmas Ham
Ingredients
1 tsp whole cloves
1teaspoons whole cloves

5kg double smoked half leg ham
5kilograms double smoked half leg ham
2 tbs orange juice
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 170°C. Remove skin from ham and reserve.
Step 2 of 4
Score fat in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife. Place ham on a rack in a large roasting pan. Pour 1 cup of water into the pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, combine marmalade and juice in a saucepan and stir over low heat until smooth. Brush ham well with glaze and push cloves into diamond ends. Bake for 30 minutes until golden. Brush with remaining glaze and return to oven for a further 15 minutes to caramelise.
Step 4 of 4
Transfer the ham to a platter. Slice and serve with salads. Tip 1: Cover leftover ham on the bone inside the reserved skin. Then soak a pillowcase in water and vinegar. Place the ham in the pillowcase and keep in the fridge. Tip 2: It’s not just for Christmas Day! A glazed ham is the perfect solution for summer entertaining.

Salmon Tartines with Caper & Red Onion Chutney
Chutney
⅔ cup finely diced red onion
⅓ cup drained baby capers
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tsp yellow mustard seeds
Tartines
250g Westacre Manhattan Spreadable Cream Cheese at room temperature
⅓ cup Farmdale Sour Cream
¼ cup chopped fresh chives
24 thin slices from a rustic baguette, toasted
400g Almare Smoked Salmon, thinly sliced
one lemon
Method
For the Chutney
Stir the onion, capers, lemon juice, dill and mustard seeds in a small bowl.
Lightly season with salt.
For the Tartines
Blend the sour cream, cream cheese and chives in another small bowl.
Lightly season with salt.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the toasted baguette.
Place 1 slice of salmon on each baguette, and top with a spoonful of the chutney.
Move the tartines to a platter, finish with a sprinkling of finely grated lemon peel over each and serve.

Christmas Pudding with Almond Praline Butter
Ingredients
200g butter
1/2 cup (110g) brown sugar
1/3 cup (80ml) brandy
1 tsp ground cinnamon
700g Coles 18 Month Matured Christmas Pudding*
Almond praline
1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar
1/3 cup (55g) roasted almonds
Method
To make the almond praline, line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the sugar in a heavy-based saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, for 5 mins or until sugar melts and caramelises. Add the almonds and cook for 1 min or until well combined. Carefully pour evenly over the prepared tray. Cool.
Break the almond praline into large shards. Place in a food processor and process until coarsely chopped
Use an electric mixer to beat butter and brown sugar in a bowl until pale and creamy. Beat in brandy or orange juice and cinnamon well combined. Beat in half the almond praline. Transfer to a serving bowl. Place in the fridge until firm.
Heat the pudding following packet directions.
Top the pudding with the butter mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining almond praline to serve.
